1. What we collect
When you call, WhatsApp or use the quote form, we collect your name, phone number and the job details you share — plus photos you send us of the job. That's it. No tracking cookies, no analytics profiles.
2. Why we collect it
To quote, schedule and carry out plumbing work, invoice you, and honour the workmanship guarantee. This is processing necessary to perform a contract with you under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
3. Who sees it
Only us. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except suppliers where needed to complete your job (e.g. a geyser warranty registration) or where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for 5 years for tax and guarantee purposes, then deleted. Quote requests that don't proceed are deleted within 12 months.
5. Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Contact us on 000 000 0000 or . Complaints may be lodged with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
6. The quote form
Form submissions are relayed directly to our email over an encrypted connection and are protected against abuse with rate limiting. We don't use CAPTCHAs or embed third-party trackers on this site.
